Allen J. Rosner Trial Counsel
Mr. Rosner graduated cum laude from St. John’s University School of Law in May 2011. He was actively involved in the law school community, most notably as the Editor-in-Chief of the New York Litigator Law Journal.
Mr. Rosner is one of the firm’s trial attorneys and handles all phases of litigation. As a litigator, Mr. Rosner prides himself on putting a personal touch on personal injury representation. He maintains a constant stream of communication with clients and represents each one with an incomparable dedication to their individual needs. Whether settling a case through mediation or litigating a case through trial, Mr. Rosner strives to achieve maximum compensation for all of his clients. The focus of his work is tort litigation, including medical malpractice, automobile, premises, lead poisoning and other general negligence cases.
Mr. Rosner also has a business background, graduating summa cum laude from the University of Rhode Island with an Accounting degree, which fosters his unique knowledge and understanding of commercial litigation. He is well versed in commercial matters and has extensive experience representing clients regarding breach of contract matters.
An active member of the legal community, Mr. Rosner has participated in the Cardozo Law School Mentoring Program, and served on the Executive Board of the Torts, Insurance and Compensation Law Section of the New York State Bar as a liaison to the Young Lawyers Section. Mr. Rosner is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and New York State Bar Association. He is currently President of the Business Networking International Apollo Chapter.
