Jobsite Injury - Union Electrician
Edelman Krasin & Jaye obtained a blockbuster $6.5 Million Dollar Settlement against the MTA for a Union Electrician who was injured when the scissor lift platform on which he was standing was struck by an MTA truck.
The Plaintiff was performing construction at the time, underwent two surgeries for the injuries he sustained to his neck and back after falling against the scissor lift railing. The initial offer before trial commenced was $750,000, but once EKJ’s Trial Attorney Daniel J.
