Carissa Taffel

Ms. Taffel began her career in the law field soon after graduating from Stony Brook University in 1999.  In the ensuing 20 years, Ms. Taffel has specialized in the area of personal injury.

Ms. Taffel joined Edelman, Krasin, and Jaye over fifteen years ago.  She holds the titles of both Office Manager and Case Manager. As an integral part of the settlement team,  Ms. Taffel helps clients to maximize the value of their cases. She negotiates top dollar settlements on a daily basis. In doing so, Ms. Taffel has developed many negotiation strategies and techniques, ensuring thousands of successful outcomes. Her forward thinking and determination have been critical in advancing the continued growth of Edelman, Krasin & Jaye.
